1. In the extraction-washing-extraction unit, the extraction section is 3-5, the washing section is 5-8, and the stripping section is 4-6. The extraction section, the washing section and the stripping section use steel-based fluorine-lined corrugated hoses Connect sequentially.

2. Raffinate manganese extraction-oil removal unit: Manganese material is in reverse contact with the extraction agent in the extraction section to generate raffinate, and the raffinate enters the raffinate manganese extraction centrifugal extractor, and is extracted with the saponification of the second pipeline The manganese in the raffinate enters into saponification, and the extractant generates loaded organics and residual products. The loaded organics enter the stripping section, and the stripping agent enters from the last heavy phase inlet of the stripping section, and contacts with the loaded organics in countercurrent. Produce high-purity manganese sulfate products. The extraction stages of the centrifuge for extracting manganese from the raffinate are 3‑5.

3. Extractant pickling unit: The extractant pickling unit mainly includes a pickling centrifugal extractor. The stripped extractant from the stripping section enters from the first-stage light phase inlet of the pickling centrifugal extractor, and the pickling liquid passes through the inlet of the pickling centrifugal extractor. The material pump is connected to the last heavy phase inlet of the pickling centrifugal extractor, and the two phases are contacted in countercurrent, and the empty extractant obtained is recycled. The extraction stage of the extractant pickling centrifugal extractor is 3‑5.
