4-Methyl-2-Pentanone Continuous Extraction Industrial production
PROBLEM:
This project company is one of fine chemical company , during the extraction production section, customer use the reaction kettle , the products from the aqueous phase reaction liquid through the solvent 4-methyl-2-pentanone. In order to further optimize the production process, customer was finally used the 4TH generation centrifugal extractor after many investigations and field experiments, applied to optimize the extraction process and carry out industrial production.
SOLUTION:
The project material liquid is neutral .
Applied a three-stage counter-current extraction process;
The extraction ratio is 4-methyl-2-pentanone: reaction liquid = 1:1
Result:
By using the 4TH generation centrifugal extractor, the extraction section of the chemical successfully carry out continuous production, also the production efficiency was increased by three times!
There is no entrainment after by centrifugal extractor ,meeting the production needs of customers.
